A super low 5 years fixed rate of 4.99% ( Comparision rate 5.62% p.a)

Commonwealth Bank has unveiled the lowest five-year fixed rate in its history. The bank announced this morning that it had reduced its five-year rate from 5.69 per cent to 4.99 per cent for its Mortgage Advantage Package and Wealth Package products. Note fixed rate is current as of today and the rate may charge right up to settlement date ( rate lock fee applies if you choose to rate lock)
