ANZ promo - $1,200 cash for a owners occupier refinance - Limited time!  

From Monday 3rd August 2015; any owners occupier refinance greater than $300,000 can apply for a $1,200 cash rebate.

To take advantage of this exciting offer, you must meet the following conditions:

• New Owner Occupied refinance loans must be submitted by 30 September 2015
• To be eligible for the $1200 switching cost reimbursement, loans must be drawn down or limit activated by 30 December 2015
• The $300k switching offer is only available for applications submitted from 3 August.
• This offer  is only available for Owner Occupied refinance lending and is no longer available for Investor refinance lending.
