What's the turn around time for banks at this time of the year?

Most banks has entered into their Christmas trading and turn around times; This time of the year is the most busiest time of the year + less staff.

** For a Straight forward loan, no LMI ( 80% LVR) , No issues or defaults,  Personal name not a trust, perfect history and employment. 

***Residential loan - 

2-3 days for a full "official "   Pre-approval ( excluding all 1 min computer generated pre-approvals) 

1-2 days for Valuation

3-4 days for Unconditional approval

If you want to make the deadlines and obtain unconditional by end of the year; all loans must be FULLY ( Provide all supporting documentations and loan docs signed)  submitted to us BY Monday 5th of Dec 2011
