NO LMI loans up to 90% and 95% for Doctors/ Lawyers/ Engineer/ Accountants/ Real estate agent/ Valuers
Medical professional and Doctors- Can still do 95% LVR on Investment and owners occupied place up to $3,000,000 with NO LMI and 90% No LMI - up to $7,000,000 security.
^ Accountant/ Engineer /Lawyers / Real estate and Valuers on a income >$150,000 can also have a similar No LMI waiver up to 90% LVR.
