Changes to NAB Residential Investment Home Loan Variable Rates

Changes to NAB Residential Investment Home Loan Variable Rates NAB will increase all NAB residential investment home loan variable rates for new and existing lending by 0.15% per annum, effective from Monday 12 December 2016.

The new rates for NAB Variable Rate for Residential Investment Home Loans will be:

• Principal and interest – 5.55% p.a.

• Interest only – 5.65% p.a.

The new variable rates for NAB Homeplus Residential Investment Rate home loans will be:

• Principal and interest – 5.58% p.a.

• Interest only – 5.68% p.a.

Line of credit and portfolio facility products will also increase by 0.15% p.a.

There is no change to the NAB Homeplus Home Loan Variable Interest Rate for owner occupier customers, which remains at 5.28% p.a.

There is also no change to NAB Variable Rate for Home Loans (Standard Variable Rate) for owner occupier customers, which remains at 5.25% p.a.
