NAB set to life the rate for owners and investments loans

Only 1 month after CBA announced a rate increaes of 0.12% for investment loans as of 3rd April 2017 . NAB has today announced they will follow suit with a bigger increase affecting both owners and investors.

NAB Rate increase as of Friday 24th March 2017.

* Owners variable rate ( Principle and interest and interest only) will increase by 0.07%

* Investment variable rate ( Principle and interest and interest only) will increase by 0.25%
