Benefits of an NRAS property?
National Rental Affordability Scheme ( NRAS) - Government will provide a guaranteed refundable tax credit of $10,000 per year for the next 10 years for any investment properties bought under the NRAS scheme. Properties will be rented out to eligible WORKING tenants 20% below the market rent.
- 80% of market rent ( rent increase by rental CPI)
- Depreciation for tax
- Guaranteed refundable tax credit of $10,000 per year for the next 10 years ( increase by CPI)
- Loan up to 90% LVR allowed
