NSW FHOG ending + Trading hours

The NSW FHOG for existing homes  (stamp duty concession) will end on the 31/12/2011 at 5:pm EST; any contract signed on up to this date will still be eligible for the grant.

Note:the $7,000 grant is still available and has no current end date.

This year we will not be working to our normal Christmas trading hours; instead all 3 office, NSW QLD and VIC will be doing overtime and working over the weekends to ensure your loan is processed ASAP.
