Relief package available for customers affected by the recent Queensland Floods

Over the past few days, many Queenslanders have been affected by flooding which has devastated parts of the State. NAB offers its deepest sympathy to the affected communities. To provide some assistance, NAB is offering a relief package to NAB and Homeside customers impacted the hardest by this tragedy. If your experiencing difficulties with your repayments and finance and your with other financial institution; contact your Shape Home Loans manger; we can speak to the bank on your behalf and work something out.

Queensland Floods Relief Package

This relief package can provide qualifying customers with a:

• Suspension of personal and home loan repayments for up to 12 months, depending on personal circumstances;
• Waiver of home loan and personal loan fees; and
• Waiver of fees and charges for early withdrawal of term deposits.

NAB and Homeside customers affected by the floods are encouraged to contact NAB Care to discuss their financial circumstances. NAB Care can help customers to manage their personal finances at this challenging time.

If you have a NAB business finance, you can contract Shape Home Loans or your NAB business bankjer to discuss relief that may be available on their NAB business finance facilities.

The relief package is available to qualifying customers that request relief at any time up to 30th April 2013. After this date, NAB will continue to work with any customers that are suffering from ongoing financial hardship.

NAB will assess whether customers qualify for the relief package on a case by case basis.
