• SHL broker's needs to have a personal property investing profile or show a dedication and interest in property investing- Talk the talk, walk the walk- We believe a good broker needs to have walked the shoes of a investor to help a investor.
• SHL broker's needs to hold a min Dip Financial service ( Mortgage/Commercial Brokerage) + Be part of MFAA
• SHL broker's needs to have worked in a financial industry for a min of 5 years.

VIC Broker ( Franchise Opportunities)

A unique opportunity has been created for a VIC based broker to run their own SHL brand in Melvin south. **This is a Franchise opportunity**

Be your own boss without the worry of finding quality clients and building ongoing support with the banks- Just do what you do best...leave the rest to us.

• We supply the leads and clients
• We supply the ongoing support and network to the 60+ lenders we are accredited with. 
• Access to SHL software
• Access to SHL property research tools and updates
• Support staff at hand
• No need for a ASIC credit license- as it will be under our ACL umbrella

Requirements:

1. As per above Standard broker's requirements  (above)

2. Own car - Mobile broker

To be Successful in this role

• Good time management

VIC Support staff - Part time- Admin

• Supporting all three branches ( VIC, QLD and NSW)
• Organizing and managing the diaries and meetings for our brokers

Requirements

• Year 12 HSC
• Driven
• Moderate computer skills

• Have a passion in the financial industry or property investing side of things
